Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
- Items purchased from clearance or final sale sections (unless defective)
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email or phone to request a return authorization
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a return authorization number and return address
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the return authorization number in your package
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning the item so we can arrange for a prepaid return label.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive the item
- Refund amount: Original purchase price (excluding original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error)
- You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage when contacting us.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check the following:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us
Return Address
Please do not send returns to our business address without first obtaining a return authorization. Returns sent without authorization may not be processed. Once you have a return authorization, we will provide you with the correct return address.
